Oerlikonturm

The concrete Oerlikonturm rises 35.5 meters into the sky, featuring a central blue core wrapped in a fine steel mesh structure.

The City of Zürich completed this modern observation tower in 2001 through collaboration between its Parks and Public Works departments.

The tower serves as a gathering point within Oerliker Park, where residents and visitors experience panoramic views of the surrounding urban landscape.

Visitors need to climb 203 steps around the central concrete core to reach the first platform, followed by 13 additional steps to the final viewing area.

The observation platform sits at 33 meters high, providing a complete 360-degree view over the northern districts of Zürich and the neighboring regions.
