St Michael in Berg am Laim, Rococo parish church in Berg am Laim, Germany.
The church features twin towers on its facade and extensive interior decorations with round-headed arches dividing different sections of the space.
Johann Michael Fischer constructed this religious building between 1738 and 1751 as the Court Church for Prince Archbishop Clemens August of Cologne.
Johann Baptist Zimmermann created the stucco work and frescoes in 1743, while Johann Baptist Straub designed the altars with gilded figures by Ignaz Günther.
The church stands five S-Bahn stops from Munich's Marienplatz, requiring a twenty-minute walk from the local train station to reach the building.
The high altar displays a baroque painting of the archangel by Johann Andreas Wolff alongside a 1690 statue of St Roch by Andreas Faistenberger.
