St. Josef

St. Josef is a Gothic Revival church in Beuel with three naves, pointed arches, and ornamental details throughout its interior. The building dominates the neighborhood with its tall facade and architectural features that reflect 19th-century religious design.

Construction began in 1880 after local residents established a church association in 1867 to create their own parish. Before this building opened, people had to travel considerable distances or cross the Rhine to attend services elsewhere.
