Musée Dobrée, Art museum in Nantes, France

The Musée Dobrée occupies a neo-medieval palace and a 15th-century manor, presenting collections that span 500,000 years of history across five continents.

Founded in 1899, the museum has undergone extensive renovations from 2021 to 2024, preserving its architectural heritage while adding modern facilities.

The museum exhibits 2,400 works including the reliquary containing Anne de Bretagne's heart and a collection of Chinese artifacts from the 19th century.

Located at 1 Place Jean V, the museum opens Wednesday through Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM, with extended hours during summer months.

The museum features sensory tables where visitors can interact with stories through touch, enhancing the experience for all guests.
