Maison de Maurice Ravel

Located at 5 rue Maurice-Ravel, this early 20th-century building features original furniture and personal objects from the renowned French composer Maurice Ravel.

Maurice Ravel purchased this residence in 1921 and expanded it in 1924, creating spaces where he composed several of his most notable musical works.

The museum displays Ravel's private collection, including his piano, personal effects, and decorative items that reflect his artistic preferences and musical environment.

The museum offers guided tours limited to six people per group, with specific time slots on Saturdays at 14:30, 15:30, 16:30, and Sundays at 10:00, 11:00, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30.

The interior contains unusual decorative elements selected by Ravel himself, such as coffee cups with holes and numerous artistic boxes placed on the piano.
