European Centre of Deported Resistance Members, Memorial museum near Natzwiller, France

The European Centre of Deported Resistance Members contains exhibits and documents detailing the experiences of World War II resistance fighters who faced deportation.

Established in 2005 at the former Natzweiler concentration camp site, where 52,000 prisoners were held between 1941 and 1944, with 22,000 losing their lives.

The center maintains permanent exhibitions and multimedia displays that present the stories of resistance members from various European countries during World War II.

The museum operates different schedules throughout the year, from 9:30 to 17:30 in winter months and 9:00 to 18:30 during summer season.

The site includes preserved structures such as the kitchen block, cell block, and crematorium, alongside a 40-meter flame monument created by sculptor Lucien Fenaux.
