Gare de Pierrefonds

The Gare de Pierrefonds station complex contains five structures, including the main passenger building, a platform, restrooms, a lamp room, and a cargo hall.

Constructed in 1883 and opened in January 1884, the station operated on the Rethondes to La Ferté-Milon line, connecting Amiens to Dijon until its closure.

The station exhibits traditional French railway architecture with dressed stone construction, zinc slate roofing, and decorative elements like ridge tiles and crests.

Located at an elevation of 83 meters, the station building has been transformed into residential property since 1990, while maintaining its original structures.

The central platform features a long, gabled roof with glass sides, while the west annex displays a brick facade with the inscription Pierrefonds-les-Bains.
