Château d'Uza, Historical castle in Uza, France.

The castle features a quadrangular plan with corner towers, a central pavilion, and a gallery supporting a broad balcony on the first floor.

The original medieval fortress of the Montferrand family transformed into a residence when the Lur-Saluces family rebuilt it during the 17th century.

The interior preserves decorations from the 1920s and 1930s periods, combining with older furniture pieces throughout the different rooms.

The entire property, including the castle and its surrounding park, received protection status as a Historical Monument in May 2004.

Architect Jean Prunetti replaced traditional gabled roofs with a single terrace during the 1929 renovation, adding loggias with fluted columns.
