Prasat Kravan, Hindu temple in Cambodia
Prasat Kravan is a small 10th-century temple consisting of five reddish brick towers on a common terrace, dedicated to Vishnu.
Constructed by high court officials during the reign of King Harshavarman I, Prasat Kravan is unique for its brick sculptures.
The bas-reliefs in Prasat Kravan are representative of some of the earliest use of this art form in Khmer culture.
Located in Siem Reap, it's easily accessible for tourists visiting the Angkor region.
The interior walls of the central tower feature well-preserved bas-reliefs of Vishnu and Lakshmi distinct in Khmer architecture.
