The Church of St. Philip and St. Jacob features three naves supported by cylindrical arches, with six Doric columns adorning the portico entrance.
First mentioned in 1526, the current stone and brick structure was built between 1823 and 1829 under the direction of landowner K. Šetkevičius.
The church services shifted from Polish to Lithuanian language in 1893, reflecting the linguistic changes in the local community over time.
The church grounds include a stone and brick wall enclosure, containing a wooden belfry and multiple historical burial sites within the churchyard.
The remains of Donatas Malinauskas, a signatory of Lithuania's Independence Act, were interred in the churchyard on June 14, 1993.
