Duke Xavier Bogush claimed ownership in the 18th century, followed by various noble families including Vilnius Deputy Governor Bagnevskis and the de Bondi family. The estate passed through multiple owners whose influence shaped its development and character over time.

The name reflects local heritage and residents use the space for regular cultural events and exhibitions that connect visitors with Lithuanian noble traditions. These gatherings help keep the historical connection between the property and the surrounding community alive.

The property provides two rental apartments accommodating up to 45 overnight guests and 100 people for special events. Additional facilities such as a sauna, jacuzzi, fishing pond, and outdoor gathering spaces are available for visitors.
