Cevahir Towers

Cevahir Towers is a large residential complex in Skopje made up of four high-rise buildings, each about 40 stories tall and reaching roughly 142 meters in height. The development contains over 1,300 apartments, a shopping mall, multiple swimming pools, fitness facilities, and round-the-clock security for residents.

Construction started in 2016, marking the first large-scale contemporary residential tower development of this magnitude built in North Macedonia. The project established new building standards for the country's urban landscape.

The towers reflect how contemporary international architecture has become integrated into Skopje's urban identity. Walking around the complex, you can observe how modern design influences the way residents and visitors use public spaces.

The complex is easy to walk around and well signposted, with ample parking available for both visitors and residents throughout the site. The best time to explore is during daytime hours when all public areas and the shopping mall are fully accessible.

Seismic testing in 2016 revealed the towers have a flexible design specially adapted to withstand Skopje's earthquake-prone geological conditions. This engineering approach makes the buildings much more resilient to ground movement than typical construction methods.
