WORM operates as a multimedia center with performance halls, sound studios, and exhibition spaces at Boomgaardsstraat 71 in central Rotterdam.
The foundation began its cultural activities in 2000 at Achterhaven before relocating to the former Nederlands Fotomuseum building in central Rotterdam.
The center maintains an active program of concerts, film screenings, exhibitions, and workshops focused on experimental art and underground culture.
Visitors can access multiple facilities including Central Station performance hall, UBIK performance space, sound studios, and the Filmwerkplaats artist-run laboratory.
