The red cylindrical lighthouse with a white stripe stands 23.5 meters tall on Sønnaholmen island in Trøndelag county, Norway.

The lighthouse, constructed in 1917, experienced damage during World War II air raids before being automated in 1994 for unmanned operation.

The structure represents Norwegian maritime heritage as a designated cultural property, marking generations of nautical navigation along the coastline.

The lighthouse emits white, red, and green directional signals visible up to 19.3 nautical miles, while transmitting the Morse code letter B.
