The 34-meter tower stands with a 2.14-meter tilt from its vertical axis, featuring 139 steps leading to its observation platform.
Built around 1500 as a bell tower, the structure connected to St. Anne's Church through a covered walkway constructed in 1507.
The tower celebrates its annual festival during the second weekend of July with performances, exhibitions, and night tours until midnight.
The structure reopened for tourism in April 2019 following extensive renovations to address wall cracks and structural concerns.
The ground floor chamber, accessed only from above, served as a starvation dungeon and now houses a medieval torture exhibition.
