Church of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Chełmno

The brick church reaches 78 meters high and features two distinct towers, with the northwest tower completed while the southern remains unfinished.

Construction of this religious edifice took place between 1280 and 1320, beginning with the chancel and continuing with the body and nave sections.

The church holds relics of Saint Valentine within an octagonal silver reliquary commissioned in 1630 by Jadwiga of Czarnków Działyńska.
