Książąt Pomorskich Park in Koszalin

The park stretches over 10.35 hectares along the Dzierżęcinka River valley, featuring a castle pond, fountains, and a network of walking paths.

The initial development of the park began in 1816 with the Old Promenade, followed by extensive additions including new paths and a pond between 1837 and 1838.

The park contains sixteen natural monuments and 124 tree species, including the notable sycamore maple that served as a city landmark until 2011.

Visitors can access the park through multiple entrances along Rzeczna Street to Kutrzeby Street, with benches and bridges distributed throughout the grounds.

The park houses rare botanical specimens such as the Amur cork tree and the only tree magnolia specimen in Koszalin.
