The Grand Kremlin Palace is a complex of palaces located within the walls of the Moscow Kremlin.
Built from 1837 to 1849, it was once the Tsar's Moscow residence.
The palace includes five reception halls, which are used for state and diplomatic receptions and official ceremonies.
It is not generally open to the public, but tours can be arranged through private tour companies.
The palace's facade incorporates elements from the 15th-century Terem Palace, the oldest part of the Kremlin.
