The House of Scientists is a cultural facility in Chernogolovka designed to host various events and gatherings. The building contains a cinema hall seating around 390 people and a conference room for approximately 160 participants, both available for different types of activities.

This facility opened in June 1967 under the leadership of Director I. I. Braginski and marked a turning point in the city's development. The opening reflected the commitment to create spaces for scientific and cultural exchange in the growing community.

The building displays a mosaic panel called 'Face of the World' on its facade, created by artist B. A. Nikolaev and depicting the city of Chernogolovka. This artwork serves as a visual landmark that visitors notice immediately upon approaching the entrance.

The center offers various programs throughout the year including films, concerts, lectures, and exhibitions. Visitors should check ahead to learn what events are currently taking place to plan their visit accordingly.
