The monument, created by Israeli sculptor Franco Meisler, was unveiled on May 11, 2008 through funding from the 'Dolgi Nashi' foundation.
The monument stands on the grounds of the Krasmashevsky Sanatorium and is accessible during daylight hours. Since it is located within a sanatorium, visiting conditions may vary depending on the facility's policies.
