Built in 1990, this concrete and steel tower stands at the entrance of Jeddah Seaport to guide vessels through the Red Sea waters.
The lighthouse functions as a central element of Jeddah's maritime infrastructure, marking the meeting point between city development and nautical operations.
The light tower projects beams visible from 46 kilometers away, operating continuously to direct maritime traffic into the northern section of Jeddah Port.
This structure combines three distinct functions: an observation tower, a port control center, and the tallest lighthouse recorded in the Guinness Book.
