Neom is an ambitious futuristic city project planned to be equipped with state-of-the-art technologies.
Announced by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in 2017, Neom is part of Saudi Vision 2030.
It plans to grant citizenship to innovative robots, integrating them into society seamlessly.
The project completion date is unknown, but the first phase is set for completion in 2025.
Neom is designed to exist independently from the existing governmental framework with an emphasis on artificial intelligence.
