Ostrý štít, Mountain summit in High Tatras, Slovakia.

The granite peak of Ostry Szczyt rises to 2360 meters, featuring steep walls and technical climbing routes in the Poprad District of Slovakia.

The first successful ascent of Ostry Szczyt occurred in 1902 when Antonina Englisch, Karol Englisch, Johann Hunsdorfer, and Johann Strompf reached the summit.

The mountain serves as a meeting point for international climbing communities, drawing enthusiasts from Slovakia, Poland, and neighboring European countries.

Climbers can access multiple routes from Zbojnicka Chata mountain hut, with summer months offering optimal conditions for technical ascents.
