Baiyoke Tower II, High-rise building in Ratchathewi, Thailand

Baiyoke Tower II is a tall building in Bangkok with 85 floors and a height of 304 meters. The structure houses a hotel, restaurants, and multiple observation decks spread across its upper levels.

Construction of this tower began in 1990 and finished in 1997, with its antenna added two years later. The building represented an important step in Bangkok's vertical growth during that decade.

The Baiyoke Sky Hotel within the building represents the advancement of Thai architecture and engineering, marking a milestone in the nation's urban development.

The building has multiple observation decks on different floors, including one on the 77th floor and a rotating platform on the 84th floor. Visitors should note that access can vary depending on time of day and weather conditions.

The building houses over 600 hotel rooms and operates more than 80 elevators to move guests swiftly through its many floors. This high number of lifts was necessary to handle the large volume of people moving through the structure.
