Once an imperial Ottoman summer residence built in the 1900s, it was later given to Egyptian Khedive Abbas II.
It uniquely blends Art Nouveau and Neoclassical styles, reflecting the grandeur of its historic era.
Originally used as a summer residence, it has been serving as a tourist spot and restaurant since its inception in 1984.
