Hnizdychiv

Hnizdychiv is a settlement in Stryi Raion located on the right bank of the Stryi River in western Ukraine. The village sits south of Zhydachiv and functions as the administrative center for the surrounding hromada community.

Until July 2020, the settlement belonged to Zhydachiv Raion before administrative reforms integrated it into the larger Stryi Raion of Lviv Oblast. This territorial change was part of a broader decentralization effort that consolidated several smaller administrative units.

Saint Gerard Catholic Church stands as a central religious structure in Hnizdychiv, reflecting the spiritual traditions of the local community.
