Lysianka

Lysianka extends across central Ukraine at an elevation of 160 meters, forming part of the Cherkasy Oblast administrative region.

The settlement, first documented in 1593, underwent administrative changes in 2020 when its status as a raion center transferred to Zvenyhorodka Raion.

The settlement maintains traditional administrative practices through a local hromada system, which incorporates community participation in regional decision-making processes.

Residents and visitors access municipal services through the settlement's administrative center, which coordinates postal services under the 19300 code designation.

In January 2024, national legislation modified Lysianka's classification from an urban-type settlement to a rural settlement, marking a shift in its administrative status.
