Saint Ignatius of Loyola church in Kremenets

The brick church features high vaulted ceilings, twin bell towers, and detailed ornamental elements typical of baroque architectural design throughout its structure.

Paolo Fontana designed this religious building in 1731, commissioned by Michał Serwacy Wiśniowiecki, with construction completed in 1745 under Jesuit supervision.

The building changed religious affiliations multiple times, starting as a Jesuit Catholic church before becoming an Orthodox church in the mid-19th century.

Located at coordinates 50.116667°N, 25.716667°E in central Kremenets, the church regularly conducts Orthodox services according to Ukrainian traditions.

During the Soviet period, authorities transformed this religious building into a sports center before its return to religious use after 1991.
