Bioestación de Karadag, Marine research station in Kurortnoye, Ukraine
The Karadag Biological Station stretches along the Black Sea coast, featuring laboratories and research facilities dedicated to marine biology studies.
The station was established in 1914 by Moscow University professor Terentiy Ivanovich Vyazemsky, who donated 40,000 volumes from his personal library.

Visitors can join guided ecological tours of the Great Karadag route, covering seven kilometers through natural terrain with advance reservations required.
