Troitske is an urban-type settlement in eastern Ukraine that spans across a broad area of land. Located at approximately 118 meters in elevation, it features typical structures of a rural community with residential zones and local facilities.
The settlement was founded in 1740 as Kalnivka by five families from Urazova sloboda and later underwent name changes. Through the 19th century, it went through several renaming periods until it took its final name in 1897.
The Trinity Church shapes the religious life of the community and reflects the faith of local residents. It serves as a gathering place where people come together for holidays and worship.
Visitors should note that the settlement is a typical feature of rural eastern Ukraine and is best accessed during the warmer months. Infrastructure is modest, with local services and facilities that cover basic needs.
