Ternopil regional universal scientific library, Public library in Ternopil, Ukraine.
The library houses over 355,000 publications, including books, periodicals, and digital resources, serving the educational needs of Ternopil region residents.
Following its establishment in 1939, the initial collection contained 35,000 books in multiple languages, with Polish texts representing 84 percent of materials.
The library maintains an applied arts club called Inspiration and conducts regular exhibitions that highlight Ukrainian literary achievements.
Visitors can access electronic catalogs, reserve materials by phone at (098) 583-50-24, and utilize study spaces at 15 Shevchenko Boulevard.
The library collection grew from 27,000 items in 1946 to its current size, despite facing complete destruction during World War II.
