The three-story Chornomyn Palace features a grand double colonnade on both sides and large windows that illuminate its interior spaces.
Francesco Boffo, the chief architect of Odesa from 1822 to 1844, designed this palace in 1817 for the estate of Mykola Charnomskyi.
The building incorporates architectural elements that reflect the cross-cultural exchange between European and American design influences of the early 19th century.
