The Kozłowski family arrived from Mazovia in the 17th century and established this estate as their residence in western Ukraine. They maintained ownership through the early 20th century when the region underwent significant changes.

The building displays a Latin inscription 'UNGUIBUS ET ROSTRO CONTRA HOSTEM ARMA' on its tympanum. This motto reflects the values of strength and protection that defined the noble family who built it.
