40 Wall Street, also known as The Trump Building, is a 71-story neo-gothic skyscraper located in the Financial District of New York City.
Originally built in 1930, it was the tallest building in the world for a brief period until it was surpassed by the Chrysler Building.
The building has been featured in several films and television shows due to its iconic status and location.
It currently serves as an office building with various businesses and law firms as tenants.
Despite its name, Donald Trump does not own the building but has a lease on it until 2059.
