Mammoth Cave, Sight cave in Ural, Russia
Mammoth Cave is a natural monument of all-Russian significance, located in the Perm Krai of the Ural region, Russia.
The cave was discovered and named in 1987 due to the mammoth bones found there.
It has become a symbol of local folklore and regional pride.
Snow fall can block the entrance, visitation is suggested during warmer months.
It's one of the few places where you can find well-preserved prehistoric megafauna remains.
