Europalace is an administrative and residential complex in Vlčince consisting of three distinct architectural blocks. The structure rises across 22 stories with a ceramic ventilated facade and wood-aluminum windows, housing residential apartments alongside office spaces and a government service center.
Construction of the complex started in 2007 as a development project based on architect Michal Diviš's design. The project reached completion in 2010, establishing itself as a major addition to the Žilina area.
The building functions as a government service center housing the Ministry of Interior Client Center, where residents handle administrative procedures and residency registrations.
The complex features multi-level underground parking and modern facilities throughout its structure. Visitors can find office areas, government service spaces, and residential sections spread across the three blocks for easy navigation.
At the time of its completion, Europalace stood as the second tallest building in Žilina, incorporating its own economic heating and cooling systems.
