Goat Island, Island in Niagara Falls, New York
Goat Island is a small island located in the middle of Niagara Falls between the Bridal Veil Falls and the Horseshoe Falls.
The island was named by John Stedman in the 1770s.
It's part of the Niagara Falls State Park, which offers numerous activities for visitors.
The island is accessible by foot, car or trolley from the American side of the falls.
Goat Island is known for its rich biodiversity, including a variety of bird species.
