Crocker-McMillin Mansion-Immaculate Conception Seminary

The mansion was built between 1903 and 1907 for businessman George Crocker as a private residence showcasing industrial-era wealth and ambition. In 1927 the property transitioned to serve as a seminary for many decades, changing its original purpose.

The mansion was modeled after England's Bramshill House, reflecting how wealthy American industrialists of the early 1900s admired European country estates.
