Market stands operate Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday from 6 AM to 5 PM, while restaurants remain open until 11 PM.
The flower vendors at Rochusmarkt receive special permission to open on specific holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day from 9 AM to 7 PM.
