Brasserie Martens

Brouwerij Martens operates with a production capacity of 4.6 million hectoliters per year, manufacturing beers under their own labels and for major retailers.

The brewery began its journey in 1758 when Adriaan Geerkens established it as an extension of a village inn, marking the start of a nine-generation legacy.

The brewery features the Kristoffel range of abbey-style beers, named after St. Christopher, representing Belgian brewing methods and religious traditions.

Eighty-five percent of the production goes to international markets, with beers available through retailers including Aldi, Colruyt, Makro, and Carrefour.

Since 1962, half of the pilsner production adheres to the Reinheitsgebot standards specifically for German export requirements.
