Platja Sud

Platja Sud is an urban beach on the Mediterranean coast of Peniscola with fine golden sand and an extended shoreline. The wide waterfront is open from the water to the promenade, offering different areas for various activities.

This beach emerged as Peniscola transformed from a medieval fortified city to a modern coastal destination. This change took place mainly in the 20th century.
