Espai Natural de les Guilleries-Savassona, Protected natural area in Osona, Spain.
This 8,376-hectare reserve encompasses mountains with dense forests, meadows, and cultivated areas between the Transversal and Mediterranean systems.
The area received official protection status in 1992 through the Natural Spaces of Interest Plan to prevent urbanization and preserve natural habitats.
The region maintains agricultural traditions and forest management practices that have shaped the landscape across multiple generations of local communities.
Visitors can access the park through marked trails connecting to various observation points, including Puig del Far and Salt de la Minyona.
The park contains pre-Romanesque structures and anthropomorphic tombs carved into rocks, along with massive monoliths featuring ancient engravings.
