Santuari de Puig-agut, Religious sanctuary in Manlleu, Spain.
The Puig-agut Sanctuary features a Greek cross layout with two chapels and a prismatic dome adorned with ogival windows and stained glass.
The sanctuary's construction concluded in 1886 under architect August Font y Carreras, who combined Neo-Gothic style with Romanesque and Neoclassical elements.
The sanctuary houses dedicated spaces for the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Virgin of Lourdes, and Saint Joseph within its architectural structure.
Located at 594 meters altitude, visitors can reach the sanctuary through hiking trails from Manlleu, with the journey taking approximately 75 minutes.
This religious structure stands as the first sanctuary in Spain dedicated to the Sacred Heart, situated at the highest point where three parishes converge.
