Phare de Tazones

The Tazones lighthouse is a white stone structure with a cylindrical tower connected to a rectangular building, positioned on the cliffs of the Asturian coast. The site offers views across the Cantabrian Sea and the rocky formations below.

The structure was built in 1864 to guide ships safely through the treacherous waters of the Cantabrian coast. Since its construction, it has remained a crucial navigational aid for vessels passing this challenging stretch of sea.
