Platja del Cavaió

Platja del Cavaió is a Mediterranean beach that stretches for about 650 meters with a width of roughly 45 meters. It runs between the port area and Canet de Mar, offering sandy shores with gentle access to the water.

This beach developed alongside the rise of Arenys de Mar as a major fishing community in the region. It has kept its role as a natural coastal point and remains connected to the town's maritime past.

The adjacent port remains the center of fishing traditions here. Local fishermen supply fresh catches directly to area restaurants and markets, keeping maritime culture active in daily life.

The beach is accessible from the NII road through several entry points and provides showers, sunbeds, and umbrellas. Parking is available at various access points, making your visit straightforward.
