Casa Pérez Samanillo

Casa Pérez Samanillo is a modernist residential building located at the corner of Diagonal Avenue and Balmes Street in Barcelona. The structure showcases ornamental details and refined architectural features characteristic of early 20th-century design throughout its exterior and interior spaces.

The building was constructed in 1910 by architect Joan Josep Hervás i Arizmendi and embodies the Catalan modernism of that era. The structure gained recognition in a Barcelona competition for artistic buildings the following year.

The building now houses the Círculo Ecuestre, a social club where members gather for events and meetings. The spaces maintain an air of refined leisure and community that has endured for generations.
