Built in 1910 by architect Joan Josep Hervás i Arizmendi, the building received recognition in the annual competition of artistic buildings in Barcelona in 1911.
The structure currently houses Círculo Ecuestre, combining residential architecture with a social club that maintains Barcelona's cultural traditions.
