The Church of San Francisco Javier stands with a 50-meter bell tower and features sandstone facades with a central rose window symbolizing the Holy Trinity.
Construction began on June 24, 1951, involving 160 workers, and concluded with its inauguration on December 3, 1952, marking Saint Francis Xavier's death centenary.
The interior displays artistic works by Eduardo Carretero's sculptures and Emilio Sánchez Cayuela's mural paintings, representing religious scenes and biblical figures.
The church accommodates 1000 seated visitors and includes additional facilities such as a parish center with an assembly hall for community gatherings.
The baptistery contains a modern fish-shaped baptismal font, while stained glass windows by Casa Maumejean depict the twelve apostles.
