Seixeliño, Rock and white sand beach in O Grove, Spain

Seixeliño is a beach on the Galician coast featuring a blend of fine white sand and natural rock formations throughout its length. The shoreline extends roughly 150 meters with a width of about 40 meters, creating varied zones for visitors to explore.

The beach has served local fishing communities for generations, reflecting O Grove's deep connection to the sea and maritime traditions. This relationship between the town and coastal life continues to shape the area today.

The name Seixeliño refers to small stones in Galician, a fitting description of how the shoreline appears to visitors. People use this space to appreciate how natural elements combine to create a varied coastal landscape.

The beach is easily accessible via the La Lanzada - San Vicente road, with public transport stops less than a kilometer away. The sand and rocks are easiest to explore at low tide, though high tide reveals the natural pools formed between rocky zones.

During high tide, natural pools form in the crevices between rocks and fill with seawater, attracting starfish, crabs, and other marine creatures. These shallow basins create a distinctive feature that visitors often discover while exploring the shoreline.
