Merikortteli spans 28,000 square meters across an entire city block, featuring high ceilings and white-checkered glass walls characteristic of industrial architecture.
Finnish Cable Factory constructed this industrial complex between 1919 and 1934, making it the first modern industrial facility of its kind in Finland.
The building houses Riviera cinema, Kaffa Roastery, and multiple restaurants, creating a center for entertainment and gastronomy in Helsinki.
The structure offers flexible office spaces from 40 to 1,500 square meters, with convenient access to trams, buses, and the Baana cycling track.
The fifth floor contains POOL workspace, which incorporates original industrial elements like exposed ceiling structures and concrete details into modern office design.
