Lagny Abbey, Medieval abbey in Lagny-sur-Marne, France.

The Saint Peter Abbey spans 48 meters in length and 37 meters in width, featuring a three-level structure with an 18th-century bell tower entrance.

Founded in 644 by Fursy of Peronne on lands granted by Erchinoald, the abbey received substantial donations from King Clovis II and Queen Bathild.

The abbey church contains multiple chapels dedicated to various saints, including a notable chapel honoring Joan of Arc with a dedicated statue.

The abbey buildings now serve as Lagny-sur-Marne's town hall, integrating historical architecture into contemporary municipal functions.

In 1430, Joan of Arc reportedly performed a miracle at this location by reviving a deceased child during prayer before the image of Notre Dame.
